the location was decent for traveling around florence, right by the tram station. found pinolo minutes from the hotel where i had supper.

An absolute gem of a hotel! Just a short stroll from the train station, I enjoyed a clean, air-conditioned room stocked with complimentary snacks. Breakfast was a feast of fresh pastries and savory dishes, paired with attentive staff. The cozy bar and thoughtful amenities.

Fairly clean hotel, very very good and above average breakfast, the location is MAGNIFICENT right by main centre and the train station and the city centre and Duomo by foot. Great food, consistently courteous and really good staff with service provided by front desk and restaurant staff.

Truly enjoyed the hotel, it is wonderful and fairly clean, has great and decent location on a nearby restaurant. The staff were very courteous and incredibly nice and offered us a new-fashioned room with view.

the room was a bit cramped, but the breakfast was fantastic with plenty of options like fresh fruit and hot savory dishes. staff were friendly and gave me a city map, which helped a lot. clean air-conditioned room was nice too.

In general, hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and the bed is quite comfortable. Quite close to train station but a bit far from the city center and shopping area. The room rate is very reasonable with the above conditions.

I found the hotel just a quick 5-minute stroll from the train station. The breakfast was great with fresh options every morning that got my day started right.

Extremely spacious and fancy room, spacious bathroom with a bath. Early check-in and easy check-out, parking on-site.

The hotel is super close to everything in Florence! We could walk everywhere. The room was nice and clean, but don't expect a toothbrush kit. Breakfast was really good with lots of options, and the staff was super friendly and helpful whenever we needed something. Just a heads up, it's a bit of a haul from the train station if you've got big bags.

We chose Hotel Londra because of its proximity to S.M.N.station. We found the staff very helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide chose of items. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Fantastic location once you got there by taxi from the train station. Taxi drivers seem to know how to make a buck. Hotel premises and services was excellent as was value for money. Breakfast was excellent.

Wi-fi as advertised did not work well in the room. Had great difficulties to get on to the service.
